This course helps participants (first year students) create a vision for their lives, develop the goals to make that vision become a reality and identify ways to articulate that vision in order to garner support from others. A key factor in success also discussed is the role of failure of in success. This course is centered on the student experience, who they  are, who they want to be and where they want to go in life.
