De-Stress for Success

A program designed to engage students in healthy emotional, physical, and mental practices during one of the most stressful times of the year final exams. Each semester the impact and value to the life of students is assessed via survey and observation. Results from the survey are shared with library administration and campus partners to garner support, collaboration and funding.
